Ah, systems. I’ll be honest, they don’t come easily to me. For quite a while I convinced myself that all the checklists in my head counted as systems. Maybe you can relate. What I eventually realized is that having specific systems and processes for the day-to-day activities in my business are a lifesaver. From sales, to onboarding, to the client's experience and even marketing, having an efficient process for each component of your business is paramount.
