Want more clients? Here is my exact process.

If you want more clients you need to be communicating with potential clients every day.

What form of communication “should” you be using?

Well, that really depends.

There is no “one size fits all” approach but this is what we do and you're welcome to do this too!

  1. I check the messages that need a response from me (my team shares the messages that require my attention in a spreadsheet)

  2. I then share a voice memo or text response with the potential client and ultimately invite them to have a conversation to learn more about how we can help them

  3. The client says yes and I send a meeting request for them to speak with someone on team


I do this every day and as a result we get around 10-15 discovery sessions per week and we will be ramping it up more now we have more people to take calls!

There are other things like blogging and social media that are important but if I just did this outreach everyday (and this process takes about 45 minutes- 1 hour per day) we would still be signing clients and moving the business forward.

Where do these inquiries come from you might ask?

My team generates them for us (and our clients in our flagship program).

This has been such a game changer because I literally I wake up everyday to people who want to speak to us about our programs.

There is no fear or concern over “"where” clients are going to come from because there is a pool available each and every single day.
