Growing a business bigger than a personal brand

While I recommend everyone spends some time working with clients 1:1 to have understanding of the different parts of their business (so they can hire the right people) I understand that isn’t always possible. There are literally not enough hours in the day to do everything!

At some point if you want to grow a business that is bigger than 1:1 coaching services or even group coaching, you’re going to have to build a team and get other people involved.

This is where a lot of people stay stuck.

They think:

“I can do this better than an assistant so I'm going to continue doing it myself, even though it's something I don't particularly enjoy doing”.

Or

“I don't have enough time to train people so I'm going to just do it myself”

Or

“I've been burnt in the past, finding good people is hard, so I might as well just continue on doing it myself”.

This needs to stop!

If you want to grow a business which impacts thousands, if not millions of people, you cannot do it alone.

This mentality will keep you stuck both with your income and impact.

Here’s what you can do instead:

Hire one person and as you start to see the impact, hire more people.

Maybe it's someone to help you with your lead gen (we can help with that!)

Maybe it's someone to help with customer support

Or maybe it's someone to help with your website.

Just start.
