Breakthrough with Jessica Nazarali #135 : Your clients are buying your energy and passion (plus dream Bali house update)

What energy are you projecting when you're speaking to clients, writing your emails, recording videos etc etc etc?

This is so so so important because...

Your future clients are buying your energy, your passion and your confidence!

Sure you want to make sure your deliverable are clear but what is really going to push someone over the edge is all of the above.

Let me give you an example...

Yesterday we found our dream home in Bali.

About two weeks ago we started talking about buying a leasehold in Bali*

I was imagining finding the land and building about a year from now but it's looking like it's going to happen faster!

A couple of days ago we were introduced to a super cool couple who have a project in the the exact area we are looking in.

So off we went to view the site and it was literally just a shell...Nothing much there yet.

But let me tell you for an empty construction site the couple sold the vision on what it would be like to wake up there everyday.

They were confident “we've been doing this for 10 years, we know what works and what doesn't ”.

They made the house feel exclusive...

“We've had a few offers but we ideally want to give it to a family, someone who is going to look after it because it's being done to such a high standard”.

Their energy and passion was contagious.
So contagious that afterwards we needed to message them a bunch of questions because we were so caught up in the moment to be talking features!

We're now finalising all the details and while it isn't a done deal yet that's not the point of the story...

The point of the story is you want your ideal clients to already be a yes despite not knowing all the details or getting caught up in the features.

A client in my $10k program ask us the other day how long the program actually goes for - ultimately she knows she is buying a result and an experience and I'm guessing she got caught up in the energy of all of that and the exact length slipped her mind!

If you're not getting the results you desire think about what I just shared. Because if you don't think your work is THE. BEST. THING. EVER. you're not going to have that energy, passion and confidence to attract ideal clients to you.

And that my darling, is the glue that will hold your business together!

*Owning land in Bali is tricky (you need to have it in a locals name) so what most people do is get a long term lease or “lease hold” where you own the land for 5- 25 years with the option to extend for another 25 or 50 years.
